Our homes have great air quality, minimal toxins and are built to stay dry and prevent mold growth. On top of building healthy, we believe strongly in historic design that keeps homes from going out of style quickly like most do.
Remodeling
Many old homes are built from much less toxic materials than modern building practices. However, most of them suffer from poor ventilation and humidity problems that leads to mold growth. When we remodel a home our goal is to keep as much original charm as possible while fixing poor ventilation, basement humidity problems and removing any old toxic materials.

Commercial buildings should be just as healthy as homes. Employees spend 8 or more hours every day working in commercial settings. Their productivity is tied directly to feeling well. Building healthy in the commercial setting is just as important for the bottom line as it is for the happiness of the employees that work there. Site Preparation & Excavation
A huge part of healthy construction is preparing the site of a home to keep water away from the foundation. A wet basement or crawl spaces will almost guarantee mold problems.
